Image for the poem Femme Risque

Femme Risque

She takes him gently by the hand
And leads him astray
He may or may not leave alive
But he'll chance the femme risqué

She lowers slowly to her knees
To the belt and then beneath
He loves the sliding of her lips
But can do without the teeth

She smiles when he finally comes
Rises for a kiss
She licks him slyly from her lips
Promising renewed bliss

He takes a break, then enters her
Saying that she's sweet
His heart accelerates with speed
Then offers its last beat

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

She lowers roses to his grave
A glance flicking askance
He may now be dead and gone
But at least he took a chance.
