What's in this for me?
is it possible to be in love and lonely?

why am i so cold?
why am i so stubborn?
maybe that's why i have no one to hold

feeling so empty
how can this be?
i think it's because your already in love
and not so much lonely
unlike me

if i opened up my arms wider
maybe you wouldn't of slipped
but that's how it is

you don't know love
if you've never felt this way
but it doesn't matter how much you want it
it might not take to you anyway

when everyone belongs to somebody
your heart starts to tear inside
your moving on much too fast
that's why i need to hide

it's teasing when death isn't the answer
because you haven't felt love before
so you wait alone until
love lures you into it's shore
