Telling me how much she loves me

Appreciating their strength
Kissing away the aches and tension that come often to all men who work
 
Lips by my shoulders
The barest brush from them lifts away the soreness that settles there from feeling the weight of the world

Laying soft caresses on my skin and replenishing my power to stand straight and proud
Her cool breath refreshes  
sending chills across its surface  
causing soft tremors in the muscles beneath
Reminding me  
why I face the world head on
To bring life's best directly to her
And stand as a strong wall against the worst this world may offer

In those passionate moments alone when she breathes her sweet essence into my soul
