Words of EncouRAGEment

Dear Leumas,

Some cloud in the night sky, you’ve turned overcast.  Surreal load a Nonsense, what with your manifestoing the good name of poetry anal.  Such nuance nuisances.  Can’t know much abort it, from the way you wrong.  Why can’t you be more like…Nietzsche!  Yeah that fellow knew what he was talking about.  Not saying I did, but…but not everyone’s expected to fly ‘beyond good and evil’ like those geniuses.  Stars apart they are.  But you…and THIS?  Brings questions of sanity to the table, it does.  Kook-a-burra!  

It’ll never fly.  I hope you know that.  Oh sure, society will kick the ground grinning, but how long can even they suck air from the bottom of a hot tub?  Society - so shallow it’s crippling.  ‘Rules to society; rules to writing’ that’s my stanza.  Learn the rules and then you can apply your imagination, how ever best fitting, for the classics, mind you.  All compost- modern writers let their conscience be their guide, and so you have these free thinking pukes trying to cram drivel flounder gullets and calling it ‘Art’.  It’s nye time nihilism and anarchy get fitted for straight jackets to join the rest of those shoe shining nuts.  If ‘Death of a Salesman’ taught us anything, it’s that you can’t make it with a smile on a shoeshine.  Forget the moon, shoot for the ground.  You’ll never miss… and you’ll always win the admortician of straight Jacks and Jacketts of all trades, like myself.
