This unfolds deftly ...
oddly enough, given the latest school shooting here in the states ... I thought about your piece on "Mary" as I walked my way to work. It's still the most brilliant fuckn thing I've read here on this site ... I shit you not. That's what I told myself as I weaved my way through the masses on my way to my classroom today. I spent the day shadowing and encouraging one of my young charges, who's more than a handful when he's not on his meds ... I don't want him to be that kid on the news, so I'm teaching him to play chess, and maybe write a bit of poetry ... I'll try anything to calm the voices that haunt him.
