Ode To An Unknowing Love
She slides through my night like a dream
She thinks she goes unheard and unseen
I see her though without and deep within
Underneath her smooth as velvet skin
I see her through her self built walls
Beneath what she calls her flaws
Her self guarded love flows like her hair
I hear it in her heartbeat through the air
If we were to make love I know it would be beauty
Like a love vessel on a sea of tranquility
Forever sailing through an endless joy of passion
As we treat each other's hearts with deep rooted compassion
