Compassionate nature    
empathic vibration, gentle    
patience laced in wisdom    
   
I could go on . . .    
about your dedication    
to creative arts and Us    
   
I could sing accolades    
regarding your commitment    
chivalrous honor thereof    
   
A brave Spirit    
in face of adversity    
calm resolve settling it    
   
There aren't enough    
adjectives to do justice    
   
Nor is it sufficient  
listing individual attributes    
   
It's already been done    
sung by musicians    
written by bards    
   
Built by architects    
defended by lawyers;    
divided by mathmaticians    
unjustly sentenced    
   
Crucified by ignorance    
ressurected in belief;    
endured countless circumstance    
survived centuries on faith    
   
What could be added    
or said differently    
That hasn't been scribed    
   
or recited efficiently    
in poetic lines    
   
Let me count the ways    
   
But I can't . . .    
   
Harvesting only positive    
labels negative as tares
isolating Darkness    
from the Light it bears
