I grew dreadlocks and use shampoo residue free
But I still watch youtube videos on my massive tv
I hate it when folk drop litter but recycle my plastic
Yet still buy cds like a good little consumer spastic (inappropriate!)

I believe in freedom of speech and love words
But like this generation bat some away like toxic turds (nigger!)
I pursue an existence of peace and love no doubt
But if I get pissed off enough I will knock you out

I aint a massive fan of animal cruelty
But I still indulge occasionally on a bucket KFC
I believe in feminism, tho appreciative looks aint obscene
My discerning consideration does not make me a Weinstein

I aint a faker and I dont fit into a box
I am the person this verse occasionally mocks
Thats navigating the zeitgeist acting all residue free
Igniting dialogues for all the confusing contradictions that I see

I am the technohippy constantly derided
Those hateful ideals told me I should have hided
