My mind is bursting with thoughts of you,
I think I am seriously hooked.
The feelings you give me are all too consuming,
My heart flipped that moment you looked,
As we parted that wonderful day I last saw you,
And I sit here reliving those glances.
I want to stay in this comforting reverie,
Wondering what are the chances?
That you feel the same, that you’ll tell me,
That you think of me often as well.
The thrill and excitement, the comfort and closeness,
How we move on, time will tell.
