One is a functionary
Follows rules
Not understood
never looks under the hood
Oversees the masses
With uneducated glasses
Always right in his narrow minds eye
Only wrong if reality is unkind
Ferrero the Sicilian
Once encountered such a nut
In concrete went one bureaucratic butt
Sadly that is never enough
Head in the clouds
The rest in the mud
Why do they hide
As fanatical masks deride
