Cry

 
           truthfully, I want to break down and cry;  
           truthfully there's a mountain between,  
           you and I, and the reason why;  
           death is the ultimate motivation to stay alive;  
 
 
           can't stand the cold,  
           but that's what I tend to feel deep inside;  
           every time I look into the next souls' eyes,  
           a reflection of I; there's an echo that goes off; that hollers pride;  
 
 
            it's bitter sweet....as I learn defeat,  
            there's no guarantee to victory;  
            I'd like to sleep on a cloud beside an angel,  
           that knows I'm tired of those streaks that's hard to up keep;  
 
 
           a warrior I'm taught to be,  
           but I fight within myself daily;  
          because to fight alone at times,  
          constantly reminds me that it's silly to  
          think of yet created long term memories....  
 
 
           truthfully, I want to break down and cry;

           there's a terribly long climb;  
 
 
           I don't want to fall off on the way;  
           If the peak is reached,  
           the way down, seems optional,  
           instead of just an obstacle because,  
 
 
           truthfully death seems like the ultimate motivation to stay alive;  
           sometimes I'd like to just close my eyes, smile, and take a dive;  
           bliss is the pure existence of every stride,  
           I've taken with each breath breathed into the cool, wide sky....
