Lol yes it does help with pent up emotions but trying to break from the cycle is harder than people think,
Anger is something that can't always be contained especially when mixed with emotions
It just keeps on building
Until it eventually burst out
But its so much
You've got to find someway of dealing with it

That's true that urge is always there,
One minute you're about to do it then suddenly thoughts of a good life pops up in your mind and just stops you in the mids of your destruction
