I'm free, finally free,
Free from all the ties that drained the life from me.
I'm free, finally free,
I've been holding on to things that could never be,
I was once blind,
But now I can see.

I see through all the lies,
Only God hears my cries,
He made me realize,
That I am favored by him,
And I'll be cleansed from all my sins.

I'm glad you get where i'm coming from, its tough to get yourself out of most situations, but when u finally do its a new beginning a whole new meaning of life.

That's great!....i'm limited to love, self and observational poetry and would love if you could give some advice time to time on the different categories of poetry, i would like to widen and not limit my self to those 3
