Hypomania
Crimson streaks and oranges stretched sky on skin
Clouds filled with hidden pleasurable sins
Drifting behind the eyes with rain steadily washing
Away the pain with a alabaster stains
Cleansing the turmoil
Trees rock to the beat of the wind,
Wings flapping like sorrowing ravens
Leaves burst into colours as they fall from their mother's arms
Walking into the unknown, unpacked my bones and turned off my phone
Colours bleed from their realms
I'm no longer the pilot at the helm
Telegraph poles loom over me like giant praying mantis
Reality is broken shards and changes like the chameleon
Grandiose beliefs, hypomanic speech,
My psyche melted away by the heat of insanity
Clouds filled with hidden pleasurable sins
Drifting behind the eyes with rain steadily washing
Away the pain with a alabaster stains
Cleansing the turmoil
Trees rock to the beat of the wind,
Wings flapping like sorrowing ravens
Leaves burst into colours as they fall from their mother's arms
Walking into the unknown, unpacked my bones and turned off my phone
Colours bleed from their realms
I'm no longer the pilot at the helm
Telegraph poles loom over me like giant praying mantis
Reality is broken shards and changes like the chameleon
Grandiose beliefs, hypomanic speech,
My psyche melted away by the heat of insanity
