Samael, this is one of you best poems yet. I love the short laundry list nature with such detail, crisp line breaks, a steady flow till the brutal heartbreaking twist. Immediate, accessible ... beautiful my dear poet.

well thank you for stopping by to read and give critiques LilDragonFly, i respect and value your opinion as a fellow poetess. you were one of the first poets that steadily commented on my work here and one of the many reasons i continue to write everyday to better my poems.
i'd like to think i'm going to leave behind a great body of work for others to read when i'm gone; we sure as hell know you will, that's for sure lol.
