My Lament
Around, all around, the dark memories gather.
My dread grows as the angry hand of Heaven falls against my naked soul.
It smites me, and darkly my
essence drips
to the barren land.
In numbness I beg forgiveness
while nothingness approaches.
Now alone, my love falls upon blind eyes.
This is my salvation.
My dread grows as the angry hand of Heaven falls against my naked soul.
It smites me, and darkly my
essence drips
to the barren land.
In numbness I beg forgiveness
while nothingness approaches.
Now alone, my love falls upon blind eyes.
This is my salvation.
