One whom travels

Ankles met fingerprints not resting
stabbing in a scuffles switchblade
nursing hangman's nooses from ceilings
counting the days until we work
so quick to cut the pleasantries short
breaking teeth taught us how to swim
while we pray for proverbs
resupply our specs of faith
on earthquake fault lines

 cum bath reenactment
on white 1000 count thread cotton
picked
delicate butterflies from the netting
tough tissue tendons
tighten when you whisper
crisp
like a one hundred dollar bill
the wire brush brings the red
ripping the righteous from us sinners

sight for sore eyes
 lemon eucalptus
eruption of the endocardium
tips teething
up your tarantula
showed no mercy
mind the lips that left us longing for more
