Blown away

Taken in the wind, she ripples ribbon dancing free
Wind to my back watching her fly away from me
Silent tears that fall to the ground inches from my feet
Whistling wind, cold and you leave
Leaves rolling across the ground like words upon my soul
Some hang on to the trees
You fly further
Faster
Higher
Away
So far I can't see
See
You passing by and I am stuck in the blue and white stripped dress
Lord bless
Or the smile of you
Feeling complete each morning
Good in my view
Fly
Wind blow
Beyond my reach now
Oh and I know
I know I know
You will land when the wind stops
In the hands of someone new
What will they do with you
What will I do without
Blown away
Blown inside out
Slow suicide in the wind
Thinking of how
How this all began
Turn my face to the wind
Let it blow
Blowing you away from me
Blow wind blow
