FREEDOM

Do you ever wonder why the caged bird still sings?
It's because she's never known how it feels to be free
The concept of freedom is something that is subjective
Our life experiences are what shape our perspectives

So what does being free truly and actually really mean?
Is it something frequently talked about but rarely seen?
Do you only feel free because you're not locked behind bars?
Isn't that mediocrity if your goal is to live amongst the shiny stars?

I'm not talking about the ones in Hollywood referred to as celebrities
Literally I mean the ones that we all observe when learning astrology
Knowledge of thee is what you and me should be frequently seeking
Most of what we believe has been ingrained through social engineering

Taught by our indoctrinating schools, our churches and even our parents
Go against the grain many will feel disdain & revoke your freedom clearance
So in essence freedom for one may not be perceived the same to another
GOD granted us free will but the real deal is that we aren't so free is what I've discovered
