It happened to me once, too. I was so embarrassed and changed the name immediately after recognizing my mistake. Sh*t happens :-).
At least a rose is a rose is a rose ... You weren't totally wrong with the flowery name in general. Was just the wrong one :-).

Very true with mortals. However, if you believe in Karma or an Afterlife, penance may be due.
You also don't get a tax deduction if you give your heart! : )
