Paradise
No matter if
I'm sinking low
I know a place
that I can go
where happy lingers
in the breeze
and all the flowers
never freeze
where there exists
no word for pain
the sun shines brightly
when it rains
and when the moon
comes out to play
it chases all
my fears away
and here nobody
counts the days
time doesn't matter,
anyway
and there is always
more to spare
as everyone knows
how to share
the only problem
that I see
is that you're not
right here with me
it's paradise,
but I don't care
it's not complete
without you there
so come along, now
have no fear
the things that chase
won't find you here
I know it seems
so far away
but I'm sure we
can find a way
and in the light
we can become
all of the things
we're dreaming of
just take my hand
I'll take you there
where happiness
is in the air
I'll wrap you in
my gamma rays
and give you warmth
and love for days
there's nothing that
I'd rather do
than share my little world
with you
