Broken Love

I found a pretty girl
with lust in my eyes.
I seduced her with poetry,
but somehow got lost along the way
and I was seduced instead.
I find it all to funny
for I thought I was the one in control.
Seduction is a broken kind of love
that will have you discarded
when the song of lust is done.
I hear her song calling out to me.
My broken heart dances to her tune
until I was drained of all emotion
waiting for her next song.
