This poem I pen for you
To let you know I will love you through.
This battle of wills -life and death you fight
In your darkest days I promise to be a strengthening light.
A shirt of pink I wear
A symbol of the burden you bare
This is my promise I vow to you
I will love you through
Until this match is done
