In The Photo Of The Finish Line
Embarked on the journey to discover himself
he raced against the wind
and the wind beat him by a nose
(again)
What finished him off this time
in the photo of the finishing line
he was nowhere to be found...
he raced against the wind
and the wind beat him by a nose
(again)
What finished him off this time
in the photo of the finishing line
he was nowhere to be found...

Some can't keep up, when in reality..it isn't a race as one may
think.

there's a big difference between challenging self and racing against one's self

You're absolutely (in relative terms) right...:) What I - more and more lately - tend to believe is that the assumption of the existence of a deeper, more real, more meaningful, purer self, may be wrong, may be an illusion; and when we think that we are that close to discovering it. we are - more often than not - looking at nothing... (Loved the "- ll, Foreplay: of the soul")

Hmmm, ok youve gotten amd peeled my attention. Now that's a interesting notion! So you're saying that this version of us, is only meaningless compared to how another (us) is living?

All I'm saying is that, more often than not, there isn't much under the surface... I hope I can be more clear later on.
