A heart unbroken
What’s a heart unbroken?
Words of a song unspoken
Devoid of the rhythm that you're given
when you're with them
And then suddenly you find
that you've lost all hope
Like a lock unopened
When the colors that you knew
As the hues of the truth stayed
white and dull
the desperation of separation
Never let you face the frequencies
You bleed in each stroke
Is it a heart not needed?
It’s the music in the love of each beat
Do you heed it
If you believed that you were
It’s food would you feed it
Knowing that one day
it would leave you depleted
What’s a heart unbroken?
Is the agony of tragedy of a love that’s lost
A fate worse than the pain that is felt
In a life that never has known it
Words of a song unspoken
Devoid of the rhythm that you're given
when you're with them
And then suddenly you find
that you've lost all hope
Like a lock unopened
When the colors that you knew
As the hues of the truth stayed
white and dull
the desperation of separation
Never let you face the frequencies
You bleed in each stroke
Is it a heart not needed?
It’s the music in the love of each beat
Do you heed it
If you believed that you were
It’s food would you feed it
Knowing that one day
it would leave you depleted
What’s a heart unbroken?
Is the agony of tragedy of a love that’s lost
A fate worse than the pain that is felt
In a life that never has known it
