The Thought Of You
I see your face day after day
Never thought
That one day it would be like this.
It was a day like any other
I stopped by your house
You answered the door.
In your eyes was a look
That I never saw before.
A look that I had imagined once
But never thought I'd see.
You took me by the hand
And led me to the bed.
Not a word spoken
But in the moment your
Heart spoke to me.
Your lips caressed mine
I wanted to talk
But my voice had no sound.
All I could do was go along with you
As you laid me on the bed.
Your kisses became hard and deep
As I softly said your name.
Before I knew it
Your lips kissed me all over.
Holy fuck is what I thought
I imagined this a hundred times
My heart was loud and skipped a beat.
You were soft and gentle
But you allowed me to be wild and free
For what seemed like hours.
I opened my eyes and you were gone
Morning light shined through the window.
I looked for proof you were here
But there was none to be found.
All I had was the thought of you
From my pleasant dream.
Never thought
That one day it would be like this.
It was a day like any other
I stopped by your house
You answered the door.
In your eyes was a look
That I never saw before.
A look that I had imagined once
But never thought I'd see.

And led me to the bed.
