Trip to Space
To me, you're a like a trip to outer space.
You take me off this planet without a trace.
Your darkness surrounds my being tightly.
Your billions of eyes all shining brightly.
Taking my oxygen and leaving me to choke.
Watching me float lifelessly until I croak.
Because as much as I love you, you're still space, so cold and cruel.
And I'm the man you left in this dark, endless void.. What a fool..
