Milky Skies
The skies spill milk,.
Like fallen angels' blood saturating fallowed ground,.
Where her head was found,.
Fallen from the clouds,.
A tear dried from her lifeless eyes,.
The dust from the past has now settled,.
She will cry no more,.
A destitute plea escapes her lips,.
She has nothing more to give,.
She has done all she could,.
But she never lived,.
Her death is the weight lifted,.
The unknown is the weight now burdened,.
Her love was reserved for everyone,.
But never was allotted for herself.,
The milk that falls was milk that we once cried over.,
Now we cry over her legacy,.
We cry over her the chance she never gave herself..,.,.,.,.,
