giggles touching the sky
tickling toes chat with dandelions
night covers the quiet of land
while fireflies kiss warm fields
as our world flickers, hand in hand

There is so much beauty and serenity in your words here. I miss fireflies. We don't see a lot of them anymore where I live. Beautiful imagery. Welcome to the Underground!

thank you for your kind words and the kind welcome. when i was a tiny critter i can remember fields and fields of fireflies lighting up the night...shame to see them disappear.
