And She Moves Me

Seems like forever since my eyes adored her
the enchantress in silky stockings
time has only enhanced her beauty
the devil still plays with my mind

Noticing the stockings are worn
further provokes the image of a naughty girl
an angelic face to take home
with a body made for sin

So much more then her attire
I have but a smidgen of her story
perhaps that is my inspiration
foolish gloss for nature's drive

Am I foolish in my projections
fictionalizing her nicities into primal yearnings
hoping for something never to be
winds blowing beyond my grasp?

Sky is where my thoughts are
the ground the reality
a sea of carnality hard for me to avoid
threatening to destroy any positive regard she harbors

And so I take light steps
watch her engage other admirers
and seek refuge in my dreams
absent the restraints of my flaws...
