celestial union
i wish to entice you
with my gloaming hush
as my moon rises
in your celestial eyes
we've not touched
in a thousand millennia
heavenly bodies converge
at the appointed hour
seraphim bare witness
to a Goddess & her God
i've been bound
made into carnal flesh
crucified in sin
in your absence
the dryads tended me
while i wandered
the forests seeking your face
an immortal being
tied to the Earth
in my mourning time
you came to me in guise
i didn't know you
though we touched
you made love to my soul
while i was blind to your spirit
i tasted your essence
& fell for you again
you have awaken me
to your presence
whispered in my ear
that you never left
