Lost
A life without purpose.
No battles to fight,
except for the struggle,
within ourselves.
The fight to find a place,
in a world that doesn't want us.
And it that world,
you are not special.
If you're one in a million,
650 people are just like you.
You are confused,
whether you know it or not.
You know not truth,
but only many lies.
Lies to "protect" you,
from the real world.
No one is strong enough,
to live on truth alone.
Perhaps we don't need to be.
We are broken,
at rock bottom.
On the brink of self-destruction.
And yet,
we go on day to day.
And pretend everything
is alright.
Just admit it,
shout it out.
Tell the world the truth.
You know that you are Lost.
The only thing that's left to ask,
how much longer can we last?
No battles to fight,
except for the struggle,
within ourselves.
The fight to find a place,
in a world that doesn't want us.
And it that world,
you are not special.
If you're one in a million,
650 people are just like you.
