Twisted

Twisted twilight, zone of punishment for the guilty, you did no wrong
A rocket filled with dreams of happiness, bliss, dreaming
somehow it all turns bad it's some strange kind of madness is hiding in here

Heaven turns into Hell quite quickly, sinking feeling deep down inside of my soul
a brutality of pain that I never felt before its crazy to think it's actually true
A cataclysmic explosion of unseen proportions inside of my head

A deadly force that I had no control, of I could not turn if off like a tap
it seemed to have its own twisted mind overflowing all the time
In between the zone of chaos with a hint of madness my life sunk to an all-time low

Neither here nor there in my state of mind trying to fight my way through the fog of life with not a lot making much sense Through the Hell fire and brimstone I made my way through the murky waters that was my Mind, Heart, Body, Soul

With each battle won I had a new scar a battle wound
It would leave me tired so very weary
it left me weak for so long not just in my mind but also in my soul.
