How the eyes light up
As they feast upon her buffeted verses?

The flame she fans
In a heart long grown cold
With a stroke of keys and analogy

Life giving breath
Ushered in every letter
Reanimates a once ghastly apparition

The longing that’s created
By the baring of her soul
Transcending distance and time

The gaps in the synapses
Bridged by electronic ocean
