A CELL IN THE BODY OF GOD
Everything I've ever seen
will always remain immortal
stained in inspired pain
behind a wire framed window pane
A multifaceted manufactured string woven
around every other single being struggling
and everything they've ever seen
will always remain woven together
into a majestic tapestry
of eternally flawed perfection
We're all just a part of a higher being
born and living and dying unseen
in a jail cell in a prison pod
We're all just a cell in the body of God
will always remain immortal
stained in inspired pain
behind a wire framed window pane
A multifaceted manufactured string woven
around every other single being struggling
and everything they've ever seen
will always remain woven together
into a majestic tapestry
of eternally flawed perfection
We're all just a part of a higher being
born and living and dying unseen
in a jail cell in a prison pod
We're all just a cell in the body of God
