cruel morning light

Cursing the sun

To enjoy the night is to look forward to sunset as others do its rise. It's like the world has closed her eyes and all bets are off. Hm, Victorian and Western seems like a good blend to me. As always, thank you, John, I just adore those thoughtful comments of yours...

This was such a lovely read, a bit different than your usual lines (also because of the rhyme) but I really enjoyed it!
