A Demon's Death
my madness bane
is an eyesore
the powers that be
howl out their distress
I've arrested all demons
put them on lock down
chained & silenced them
with a Thorazine drip
they shuffle about
without rage or bite
witness them cry
tears of the voiceless
I take pity on them now
let them have reprieve
be free from this body
scatter to the winds
take hold where you might
delusions & fits of insanity
will not be welcomed here
take your pain
to the streets
where it thrives
yes Lucifer still lives
in the desolation of his people
take comfort in the nod
of the heroin addicts
there you will get the relief you seek
this host is healed
you need your drugs
go easy legion
addiction is the pestilence
that trained me
to be a soldier of the finest order
you taught me well
how to maneuver in the dark
I spilled your ink
drank the liquor
from the dragon's mouth
dined on the fat maggots
that ate the flesh of the weak
a fire will soon be coming through
burn you where you stand
I see you
you don't move about undetected
TAKE LEAVE OR SEE MY FACE!
