Pungent fragrance woof's through the midday air
Echoes sweet memories of yesteryear
Memories came flooding to the forefront of my mind

Hearts heavy, minds numb, words can't describe these emotions
I crossed a large ocean to be with you
The pungent cautiousness had me wanting to break the law

You didn't lacke true manipulation
Once you had true sharp lines of control
Now, a blur now smudge in my constitution.
