As A Matter Of Fact Or Fiction

My love swirls ‘round the toilet bowl
Within a ribbed prison of latex control
Because you don’t want more hungry offspring
And I’m not keen to catch your fiery sting

But the loneliness of abstinence
Is crushing twice once common sense
Taking refuge in our convenient exchange
Knowing the shot confined falls out of range

Exhaustion finds us both asleep
And morning blinds the time we keep
The day drags on with unending guilt
For desires to fill them with more passion spilt

To flush each thought of mistaken love
Masking the feeling, snuggly wrapped in a glove
In desperation we meet again
Yet now is not our time to question when

Just do the deed and then be done
When together we are concerned with only one
Still, one in the company of one more
Is less lonely than hands two less than four
