Old Men
Singing songs about our
Younger days
So long ago and so
Far away
With our white hair coming in
On our heads and
On our chins
It makes us look like we are all
Such old and withered men
And we sing with voices loud
About the things that we once had
All the women that we bedded down
And the cars we drove too fast
When we were young we always thought that life
Was forever going to last
And we sing so loud and proud
About our lives so long
All those things we did when we
Were younger men
Won’t do them all again
And the white hair is blooming
On our heads and on our chins
And our bones are all so brittle now
And grown so goddamn thin
So we’re going to let our hair grow out real long
Before it falls out of our heads
We’ll be fine as old old men
And we won’t be young again

On our chins
