So much to see so much to do
clouds scurry by yet do not hurry
universe is theirs to do as they wish
sometimes grey and darker hues
shades of pink reflect the sun.
Butterflies and solitary bee
welcome spring in her languid
wakening from winter sleep
undisturbed by storm and rain
so much to see so much.

Thankyou SweetOblivion.The solitary bee is a lonely being often nesting in burrows in the soil a hermit if you like. Being singular does not mean one is lonely as a poet one can build up friends and familyI find poets are quite lonely creatures.

Poets are to a degree, aren't they? I was told once that Truth was like poetry, and the majority hate poetry.
There is so much to see each Spring, despite having seen it all our lives. There always appears something different.
