people misjudge me because im gay
they feel like they can take my intelligence away
as if im unhuman and dont deserve to stay
in a world, if unique, you have a price to pay
they know nothing of me and dont understand
though my world and yours go hand in hand
i feel trapped behind a door with no key in sight
although i try with all my might
im still maltreated and still have to pay
but my life is choice and i like it that way
