spectacular collapse inside my mind
pushing and shoving at me
kicking fear right into my soul
like a badger kicking for life with love
caught in the huntsman's trap
I am
with blood flowing through the mossy woodland floor
and rushing like a broken tap
rushing inside my spirit, my essence
is changing is forcing me again to let go
fall again
I am scared this time
too much pain

This reminds me of some sage advice I received from one of my guides, an elderly and very wise Chinese man. He said those who tend their heart like a vase will always live in fear of it being broken. But those who allow it to fall and break will never worry about it again.
