Beyond recovery

They gave us oxygen and we cut their roots.
they gave us food and we turned them into lumber direspect the soil their under to
The tree's still give us enough to breathe,
Forgiving us for destroying their homes and seed's. The tree's even take the blame to save us from our greed and we turn and round and burn the ground they drink driving the most peaceful creature to extinction while claiming we want peace and harmony to retain the mask that hides the most dangerous kind of being the human one its funny how we dont want to admit that we've done wrong until we're actually done or caught in the act so i ask,
Is it the fact that you were caught the reason your sorry or did burning the tree actually make you feel bad like, it gave all it had to keep me healthy while i sack back turning logs to ash from my hardwood desk pencil in hand writing my logs to man and still, it fostered my air.
Or was it if i would have cut down plants from the other side of the planet the logs in here would not realise they lost their dad.
You see how thoes thoughts compare.
So if the bark starts to stab the hearts of all thats near is it wrong?
I dont think so but its not in a tree's

The tree trusted us and we gutted it
