Broken man

Skeptical of my being in stand Confronting Fear
As age old memories Decline to surrender to yester year
Crawling trough the  voids to the grey lands of my mind
Rivers of Resentment leaves discarded  emotions  behind
Our deeds are cursed with affliction
When riding upon the back of Solitude and Addiction
Turning to mother  nature where answers  lay in store
I held one up  lady destiny picks me  up from the floor
Bathing in a pool of freedom
time no longer drags me down
The pull Of the moon no longer a curse
Mother earth  gently mends a broken man
