I half watch her
tip-tappiting at the keys
tip-tappiting further into herself
or away
and I like how if I even say a word
the humanity breaks that tip-tappiting
of the keys, distracts her momentarily
to look this way
to where
I have nothing to say
really
but it's good to see her not scowling
once in a while.

quaint, but it paints an endearing and familiar picture of domestic life. i hope you'll forgive me for using the word, but it actually strikes me as 'cute'. i enjoyed it, thanks. [:

I think choice of title is absolutely crucial to a good poem and this demontstrates that imho. The reader is left to ponder the nature of this relationship - and intrigued enough to do so. Good art always leaves room for the audience. It seems to me there is a very good artist here, reluctant, for whatever reasons, to post. Your work that I have seen is of a very high calibre. I would urge you present some more. Bravo. R.
