sick

sick to the stomach
is how it feels
sluaghter on streets
homes, ruins
of
apolitical, innocents
and downright sacred-the children

how can you sleep
be it in day or night
or how and if on earth
you got
an ounce of peace
the so called victors?

sipping this sip of drink
makes me feel sick
guilty of locking away
the remains
of my consicence
every smile I smile
gives a kick to the
heart
of forcefully overlooking
sad sad history
unfolding in the present!
