One Wish
One wish it is thy lady seeks
Oh how her chest rises with each breath
Asleep she is a night so cold
A wish to see thy good man's eyes
Away from here and there she stands
In thy lords arms betrothed with his lips
One wish it is thy lady seeks
A wish so far but nearer at heart
A wish thy lord gives in one gentle swift
Caressing thy lady's sweet scented cheek
His touch long gone to thy lady's side
One wish it is thy lady seeks
A wish from one dream to reality
Such softness of her eyes
Light shinning deep inside
By her side a wish come true
Where her lord sleeps she sleeps too
