...as annecdote at a party. Feels very throw-away, and not a lot of craft. Where are the pretty words? I did like the small twist, but yeah....

You're right it was more of a thought I wanted to write down and share. The website only lets me post with the word "poetry" above, even if it's prose or not poetry at all so I apologize for confusion

Your about me says destroy you....here comes the criticism... But first a bit of opinion then positive, as I was watered right.

Opinion: My first work here was criticized two years ago were I touch on this lyric,prose, poem thing.Read it if your curious.

Positive: I recognize that great writing as your could be does NOT need be a poem.

Now, not to offend just so you know the effect on this one reader.... the last words in a line in any type of work leads the reader to pause, the sentence structure is bad.

Would read nicer as...

I Hate
when there are only two answers to a question
Because
you are either a sheep following the herd
or
a hipster with just as little free will

Please forgive any offense this may cause. I would just hate for you to throw me away as a good critic.

Don't worry I wouldn't put something like that in my bio and not expect to see some harsh words :)

I feel like it was a bit wasted on this one though...as you can see this was more of a thought than a true poem..Perhaps you could try one of my other works where you could truly dive into things like imagery and structure?

Anyways thanks I think you're the first person to take what I say in my bio seriously :)
