Fancy
I fancy myself in love,
Yet fancy leads to folly
So, because of this,
I shall remain
Anonymous.
A woman without a man,
A soul without its mate,
A star without the moon,
A flower with the inability to bloom---
I shall remain without you;
For fancy leads to folly
And you fancied me too soon----
It only led to our doom.
Yet fancy leads to folly
So, because of this,
I shall remain
Anonymous.
A woman without a man,
A soul without its mate,
A star without the moon,
A flower with the inability to bloom---
I shall remain without you;
For fancy leads to folly
And you fancied me too soon----
It only led to our doom.
